After studying statistics intensively for four years, I graduated from Cornell University with a BS in May of 2013. Because I had no interest in working as an actuary, I returned to my parents’ house located some ways out of a tiny Texas town where I did some job- and soul-searching. Since I came up blank on the job front, I decided to pursue my long-time love of writing and see where it might lead me. And that is how I ended up here.
